About our Differentiation Series
A series of practice sharing sessions for Emotion Works members* – particularly for ASN Teachers and Practitioners working with learners across the 3 earliest stages of the Emotion Works Programme. Support and guidance will be given about planning and organising learning activities for groups and individuals in schools and settings where pupil abilities span these different levels and stages.
We’re very happy to be running this series of sessions with the help of Staff from Isobel Mair School in East Renfrewshire who will be sharing some differentiation challenges with Claire about their own ASN population which will bring a very real and solution focused feel to the sessions.
Over the course of the 5 sessions, we look forward to guiding and signposting all attendees towards a wide range of Emotion Works training & teaching materials and approaches, while also facilitating some supportive practitioner dialogue relevant to working with learners in the ASN sector.
* If you are not an existing Emotion Works member you may still find the sessions helpful, but to fully benefit from the learning shared you should have at least familiarised yourself with the first Training Video and Resources on our ASN Severe & Complex Needs Training Page.
