15-21st May 2023 is Mental Health Awareness Week, hosted by the charity Mental Health Foundation and this year the theme is ‘Anxiety’.
To support Emotion Works schools with their Mental Health Awareness activities over the course of this week, we’re very happy to share this Anxiety Resource (slideshow and worksheet) to help teachers lead classroom discussions with their learners about Anxiety using Cog Language and Concepts.
